Students are off to Costa Rica!
ENVST students are headed to Costa Rica today for the 2018 Costa Rica study abroad class (ENVST 5800). The students will be away for close to two weeks while the study the country's sustainability initiatives such as conservation of natural resources and use of alternative energy sources. Students will learn about the impacts of water policy, food production, tourism, and land conservation on Costa Rica's environment. They will be posting about their experiences on this blog every week day, so make sure to read about their experiences!
